On-Boarding Start Date: September-November (for 3 month training period).

Bonus Potential Commences after training period, negotiable for highly expert successful candidate.

Compensation:

  • $60,000-$70,000 + 2% Bonus Restaurant & Catering Sales with 95-100% Star Monthly Reviews OR 1% Bonus - 85-95% Monthly Reviews. Current Revenue: $1.5 - $2 million in this location ($15,000-$40,000+ current bonus opportunity).

  • $2000 Health & Wellness Spending Account. 3 Weeks Paid Vacation. (must have an appropriate management during time off trained and to management spec).

  • Work Leisure / Business Trips & Additional Training & Education - on-going by approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand Operation Hours (currently not at full capacity hours - by 3 months)

  • Head Chef/GM (position requires strong kitchen & service functions, understanding with ability to manage from outside role).

  • Present for Lunch & Dinner service Tues-Sat in Plating / Service / Expo Role as needed, delegating roles according to labour planning.

  • Daily Focus on: Southern Hospitality & Guest Experience, 120% Food Quality, Prep Quality, Ordering, Prep Planning (and assisting as needed), Product Organization & Shelf Life, Zero Waste, Sanitation, Bill Times, Open, Mid-day & Close Procedures management, Equipment & General Maintenance. Assist with creating final Operating Procedures Manual & Training Manuals.

  • Daily Team Meets for communications, team check-ins, training planning, feedback, role assignments, address reviews, positive / negative feedback, etc.

  • Maintain fully trained team able to maintain service and food standards in absence. Plan and facilitate on-going training as per development specs.

  • Attend weekly meetings, monthly reviews with owners.

  • Be prepared for location assessments at random for performance review that will add to monthly review scores.

  • Off-service time spent: Catering prep & coordination, Catering Sales, Food Service Product Sales & Account / Client Maintenance.

  • Responsible for Ordering & Prep planning - Work closely with Sous Chef to manage PARS

  • Payroll Management.

  • Daily Balancing & Weekly Cash Deposits

  • Training, Recruitment & Team Development within budget outline (Ads, Training Schedule & Labour Planning, Scheduling, Disciplinary Action as needed, On-Boarding and Off-Boarding within a working knowledge of Labour Board Regulations).

  • Reporting on monthly Inventory, Sales, Margins & Expenses

  • Manage Food Cost to 30%, Labour Cost to 22-26%

  • Manage Pick-Up & Delivered Catering Orders planning, execution, delivery management, expo and quality management.

 

6 Month Success Add-On Role Options with Bonus Incentives (outside of key responsibilities with spec targets & cost targets met - if you're ready to take on more roles and more reward!

1. Food Service Sales +5% on all Food Service Contract Sales (new business segment) Can add $10,000-$30,000 Bonus.

2. Retail Consumer Wholesale Sales +5% on all Retail Contract Sales (new business segment). $10,000-$30,000 Bonus.

2. Catering Sales & Management - +5% on all Corporate Service Catering Booking Sales (Event Planning & Management Required). Current Revenue: $500,000-1,000,000. Can add $10,000-$30,000 Bonus.

HOW CAN YOU PURCHASE OR EARN COMPANY SHARES? (1 year purchased with positive performance reviews, 3 years earned with positive performance reviews).

1. Time & Performance Equity Earned Shares After 3 successful years as follows:

3 years with overall average 85%+ monthly performance reviews after 3 month on-boarding training period:

Earned After 3 YRS: 10% Non-Voting Shares Blackfoot Location w dividends paid annually. Must maintain an active role in the company relevant to management of the roles within your growth portfolio.

2. Buy-In Option Opens After 1 successful year as follows:

$50,000 Investment: 10% Non-Voting Shares in Blackfoot Operation.

$100,000 Investment: 20% Voting Shares in Blackfoot Operation.
