As a self-trained chef and entrepreneur, I began my venture in 2012 with a 'beater' style food truck.  The Brand has since grown into a Restaurant, Food Truck & Full Service Catering Operation.

Through-out my journey, which has been filled with challenges & triumphs, I have learned the importance of Coming Back Stronger.  It's what makes us human.  What drives us.  What sets a person a part.  Challenges Are Snacks, Folks!

We BROUGHT it with our Beautiful Brisket to be the 2019 Winners of BEST SLIDER & Also Best TEAM along side Cold Garden Brewery.  Great Competitors, Great Times, Great Cause in raising funds for Kid's Cancer.  We hope to return next year to defend.  Watch Out!
